Coates Studio Foundry (CSF) provides silicon rubber moulding services for artists creating works in most mediums including clay, plasticine, wood or metal. This is an essential step for creating cast-ready hollow waxes for the lost wax casting process. 

CSF will also accept original solid waxes to cast directly in ceramic shell refractory moulds.

The complete casting process includes wax touch-up, casting, finishing and patination, the finishing chemical oxidisation process to colour the bronze. Alternatively, artists can choose the 'cast only' option if they prefer to do the finishing themselves, which greatly reduces costs.
